PHCY 463 - Applied Pharmacokinetics

A one-month advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE) rotation designed to focus on (a) clinical pharmacodynamics, (b) the basis for drug-specific target concentrations, including strengths and limitations of studies establishing the therapeutic ranges, and (c) recommended strategies for applying pharmacokinetic principles to individual patients.
