OT 425 - Foundations of Occupation-Centered Practice Cr Hrs: 4
This course serves as the foundation for the holistic practice of occupational therapy as defined by the history of the profession and the ethical standards that guide practice. Emphasis will be on the development of the profession as well as development of professional reasoning through the use of professional terminology, activity analysis, the occupational therapy practice framework, basic theoretical and philosophical constructs, knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for successful practice in occupational therapy.
