This course provides a conceptual framework for the delivery of care within complex healthcare environments using principles of complexity science in relation to healthcare systems and organizations. Topics include complexity, organizational and change theories and innovations, organizational culture, healthcare systems, integration of care, regulatory issues, health policy and politics, evaluation of complex healthcare issues and strategic planning.
