NSG 619 - Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) - Clinical Leadership Practicum

This course focuses on implementation of the CNL role in a selected healthcare microsystem. During the 315-hour immersion experience, the student acquires in-depth skills related to the practice and evaluation of interprofessional care. Focus is on accountability for design coordination, delegation, supervision, and evaluation of care provided by the unit based healthcare team.
