NNP 829 - Neonatal Nursing Birth through 2 Years of Age

This course focuses on the healthcare of neonates and infants through 2 years of age and provides the foundational knowledge for clinical practice. It is designed to assist students in the use of critical thinking to foster health promotion, primary prevention of illness and injury, and management of common medical conditions of newborn and infant health, especially as they relate to care of infants who have received care in a neonatal intensive care unit.
