OT 533 - Occupation-Centered Practice in Pediatrics
Cr Hrs: 4 This course provides opportunities for the application of theoretical constructs of occupational therapy practice with children, including the evidence base for client-centered assessment and intervention approaches. Students will practice critical reasoning through the use of cases taking into the account the individual, the context of his/her functioning, and his/her perception of quality of life, well-being, and occupation. The course includes lab, discussion and case-based approaches.
