OMF 40010 - Adult Anesthesiology
Cr Hrs: 18 Session Length: 8 weeks
This is a face to face clinical rotation receiving 18 credit hours. The Adult Anesthesiology Clerkship is an eight-week clinical experience that is part of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) residency program for the combined OMFS/MD degree. The rotation is didactic and clinical in nature. Students will serve in the capacity of an intern in anesthesiology with a gradual increase in responsibility in terms of patient care during the rotation. Students are required to participate in all seminars, lectures and conferences conducted by the Anesthesia service.
