PAS 535 - Introduction to Surgery
Cr Hrs: 1 (8-9-0) This course will provide a basic introduction to the practice of surgery and the unique environment that physician assistant students will be in during the required surgery rotation of the clinical year. This will include principles of surgery and surgical techniques, developing a surgical conscious, environment of the operating room, and roles of different professions within the operating room.
