PAS 536 - Health Law
Cr Hrs: 1 (15-0-0) This course is designed to introduce the legal aspects of practicing medicine for physician assistants. It will review common reasons for medical lawsuits, aspects of the patient/provider relationship, litiginous concerns in the practice of medicine, and how physician assistants can protect themselves professionally during their medical career.
