NSG 464 - Nursing Concepts III: Care for Adult Patients with Acute/Complex Health Problems
Cr Hrs: 6 (4-0-2) UG
This course incorporates theoretical and clinical concepts to provide safe, patient/family-centered, evidence-based nursing care to adults with acute/complex health problems. Concepts of management of acute/ complex illness and injury, promotion of health and function, provision of comfort, clinical reasoning and error reduction, and quality improvement are examined. Advanced concepts and skills for the nurse’s professional role are emphasized.
