NMW 804 - Midwifery Care During the Antepartum Period
Cr Hrs: 3 (3-0-0) This course focuses on the midwifery management process as the organizing framework for primary and preventive care of the pregnant individual. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based, comprehensive, and interprofessional practice for childbearing individuals and their families. Students develop critical and creative thinking in the context of the holistic themes integral to midwifery care.
