IDE 45050 - International Health Studies
Cr Hrs: 6 Session Length: 4 weeks
This is a face to face clinical rotation receiving 6 credit hours. The student should function with increased autonomy in patient care and must demonstrate competency in several of the Entrustable Professional Activities required for graduation. This elective will involve the student in specifically designed and approved experiences in other countries. Opportunities to gain first-hand knowledge of health care systems, diseases, and/or research will be available. Students must complete a summary of this elective before a final grade is awarded.
