Concepts of professionalization with emphasis on history and development of physical therapy, cultural competence, and conflict resolution. Learning experiences include activities related to delegation and supervision of patient care; legal and regulatory parameters of physical therapy practice; safe, ethical, and legal practice; and advocacy.
