PSY 30001 - Core Topics in Psychiatry
Cr Hrs: 3 Session Length: 2 weeks

This is an online 2 week elective covering the core topics in psychiatry. Students will learn the common signs and symptoms, presentations and treatments of major psychiatric illnesses. Students will be engaging in online modules and are expected to finish them in a timely manner. Students will also have some assignments which are to be completed and returned in a timely manner. There will be a quiz at the end of the rotation (10 questions) and students are expected to score 60% to be eligible to pass. IN addition to the score on quiz, completion of assignments will also be assessed. Failure to do so in a timely manner can result in a failing grade.
