PT 602 - Service Learning in Physical Therapy I

Active participation in a service project organized with community partners. First of two service-learning courses. Students develop small group service-learning projects. Projects may take on a variety of formats, but must have a common goal of promoting health for a group of persons who otherwise would not have access to that service. After approval of project proposal by course instructor, students contract with service learning coordinators for specific requirements.
