PDCH 207 - Introduction to Pediatric Dentistry Lecture
Cr Hrs: 2 (26-0-0) PD
This basic course is designed to teach the fundamental principles and techniques in pediatric dentistry. The student must have knowledge in the caries process, diagnostic criteria, up-to-date strategies in prevention of oral disease, remineralization, and available restorative options. Behavior management, pain control, pathology, restorative procedures, and management of the developing dentition are also essential knowledge.
