This is the seventh required course integrating the pharmaceutical and clinical sciences to provide people-centered care using the pharmacist patient care process. The course series focuses on the rational use of effective and safe drug therapy in providing pharmacist services to diverse populations. Integrated Pharmacotherapy 7 will focus on the pharmacist’s role in managing hospitalized patients and acute conditions.
