ASP 559 - Advanced Studies in Adult Language and Brain

This course will be designed to provide an in-depth understanding of adult language disorders associated with brain dysfunction including post-stroke aphasia, primary progressive aphasia, and other aging-related disorders. Students will explore the theoretical frameworks, neuroanatomical correlates, trends in research and methodologies, assessment strategies, and evidence-based interventions pertinent to these disorders.​
