NFR 752 - Advanced Forensic Nursing II: Pediatric Forensic Care

This course focuses on the importance of identification and documentation of injuries, evidence collection, and preservation, understanding the legal and ethical implications of forensic nursing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support pediatric victims and their families. Emphasis will be placed on developing competencies in conducting forensic examinations, providing expert testimony, and implementing strategies to address the physical, psychological, and social impacts of violence on pediatric patients and their families.
