This course will focus on the fundamentals of academic and professional writing at an advanced nursing level. Students will sharpen their critical reading and writing skills, with special attention to reasoning, formulating, and developing arguments and explanations. Students will practice writing for the various audiences they will encounter. The emphasis throughout is on rhetoric and the precise expression of innovative thinking.
