Finance content includes understanding the budget process, reimbursement, healthcare economics, and business models. Human resource management content includes onboarding and leading a diverse workforce, understanding employment laws, creating a safe and healthy work environment including workflow design safety, and creating life-long mentoring and career progression opportunities for the healthcare team.
