OTD 945 - Leadership Development

This course focuses on Level II Fieldwork responsibilities by preparing the student for the role of Level II Fieldwork student and then from student to clinician and eventually to fieldwork educator. Emphasis of the course is on the development of innovative leadership skills and the enhancement of the interpersonal and critical reasoning skills for success as a fieldwork student and as an entry-level clinician. This course will support the student in preparing for the completion of board certification and licensure processes and in transitioning into the workforce.
