This is a face to face clinical rotation. This career exploration course (CE) will allow third year medical students to explore this discipline as a potential career choice. The goal of the rotation is to help a MS3 explore medical knowledge and patient care experience, both inpatient and outpatient, as it relates to high-risk or complicated pregnancies, including obstetric ultrasound. During this rotation, the expectation is that the student will participate, under direct supervision, in evaluation and management of patients, and function as an integral member of the healthcare team.
