Rural Health Certificate

The Rural Health Certificate is a 12.5 credit hour certificate program offered by the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy (COP). The program includes three didactic courses: PHCY 5045 - Rural Health I Elective  ; PHCY 5046 - Rural Health II Elective  ; and  PHCY 5047 - Rural Health III Elective 

Students will be selected for participation through an application process during their P1 year. The certificate program is offered on all campuses (Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville). 

The COP will accept a maximum of six (6) credits of didactic coursework towards elective requirements in the PharmD program.
