Rural Health Certificate

The Rural Health Certificate is a 12.5 credit hour certificate program offered by the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy (COP). The program includes three didactic courses: PHCY 5045 - Rural Health I Elective  ; PHCY 5046 - Rural Health II Elective  ; and  PHCY 5047 - Rural Health III Elective . 

Students will be selected for participation through an application process during their P1 year. The certificate program is offered on all campuses (Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville). 

The COP will accept a maximum of six (6) credits of didactic coursework towards elective requirements in the PharmD program.
